You may return an unused, unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or a defective print).

• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags if any, and in resaleable condition.
• Print-on-demand note: Each tee is custom-printed by Printful after you order. We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind after printing has started, or for size issues if the size chart was ignored — please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
• We do replace or refund items with print defects, wrong design, or damage in transit. Contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
• To start a return: email all4swiss@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the next steps. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days after we receive / verify the return.

Du kannst unbenutzte, ungetragene Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeben. Erstattet wird der Produktpreis (Versandkosten nur bei unserem Fehler oder Defekt).

• Artikel ungetragen, ungewaschen, verkaufsfähig.
• Print-on-Demand: Jedes Shirt wird nach Bestellung bei Printful gedruckt. Rückgabe wegen „anders überlegt“ oder falscher Grösse (wenn die Grössentabelle nicht beachtet wurde) ist nach Druckstart nicht möglich.
• Druckfehler, falsches Motiv oder Transportschaden: Ersatz oder Erstattung — bitte mit Fotos innert 14 Tagen an all4swiss@gmail.com.
