English — Basic webshop terms

1. Seller: ALL4SI, operated by Lukas Staeheli, Hirstigstrasse 6, 8451 Kleinandelfingen, Switzerland. Email: all4swiss@gmail.com. Website: https://all4.si.
2. Products: Graphic T-shirts (Bella+Canvas 3001) sold as print-on-demand. Product pages describe design, materials, sizes, and care. Images are mockups; slight print/color variance can occur.
3. Prices: Listed in CHF. Open-run tees are priced at CHF 19.99 unless a product page states otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
4. Contract: A purchase contract forms when we accept your order (order confirmation / payment capture via Shopify). We may cancel if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or Printful cannot fulfill.
5. Fulfillment: Production and shipping are performed by Printful on our behalf. Delivery estimates are non-binding.
6. Returns: As described in our Refund policy.
7. IP: ALL4SI designs, copy, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may wear and resell the physical shirt you bought; you may not reproduce the artwork for new merchandise.
8. Liability: To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Law: Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

7. IP: Designs und Marke ALL4SI bleiben unser geistiges Eigentum. Das gekaufte Shirt darfst du tragen und weiterverkaufen; das Motiv nicht neu als Merch reproduzieren.
8. Haftung: im Rahmen des schweizerischen Rechts; zwingende Konsumentenrechte bleiben unberührt.
9. Recht: schweizerisches Recht; Gerichtsstand Zürich, unter Vorbehalt zwingenden Konsumentenschutzes.
